small bunch of squash flowers
3 gloves of garlic,
1 large onions,2 tomatoes,2 cups rice water /washings(when you cooked steamed rice.. set the water aside, don't throw it)2 eggplantssmall bunch of sitaw (string beans)1 ampalaya,small bunch of cup malunggay leavessalt and pepper (if you dont like the bagoong)bunch kangkong (water spinach)6to 8 pcs. okrasmall bunch of alugbati1 small size ginger,1/4 of bagoong (optional) (preserved salted fish)you can use fish sauce (patis)

saute the ginger, garlic, onions, and tomato
. till transparent or cooked then
Add the 3 to four cups of rice water / washings. heat it up to medium
add and Seasoned with the bagoong, ( preserved salted fish)
let it boil (it's optional , you can use salt or pepper to taste
then Add the vegetables starting with the squash, which takes the longest to cook. sitaw, (string beans) okra , ampalaya,
then the kangkong (water spinach) malunggay, alugbati the last would be the squash flowers, because they cook so fast.
simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes . and it's ready or try to bite on your okra or squash if cooked enough.
